This cap is made from deadstock fabric sourced from Schoeller ® Textiles, originally developed for high-performance applications—likely from the Formula WB series. The material is a lightweight, breathable 2- and 3-layer fabric featuring an elastic membrane that is water-resistant, windproof, and highly breathable. It protects against wind and rain while allowing moisture to escape, ensuring maximum comfort. The stretch quality of the membrane enhances flexibility and wearability.
The outer shell is a water-repellent micro ripstop fabric, while the inside features a lightly brushed lining for a soft and comfortable feel.
At the front, the cap features a printed “B” logo. All seams are stitched on a 60-year-old Bernina sewing machine using a zig-zag stitch. This technique reinforces the seams while keeping them smooth and flat.
The cap is designed with a large brim for optimal sun protection and comes with an adjustable back strap for a customizable fit. A soft mesh lining on the inside ensures additional comfort during wear.
